Karina Paxinos is a 500Hr Qualified Yoga Teacher who is passionate about movement and the human form. She specializes in a wide variety of class styles including meditation, pranayama, Vinyasa levels 1-3, restorative & Yoga Nidra. She also explores the deep connection between breath and body, intuition, and sensation.
Paisley Madison is a mindset and meditation coach who champions the importance of mental health, community, and spirituality. She has traveled the world in search of unique experiences and great teachers who challenge and expand the human condition. Her areas of expertise include philosophical inquiry, meditation, journaling, and ITA Energy Medicine.
