Collective Day Dream - A New Year Collective Manifestation
Immerse yourself in nature and let your imagination soar as we come together to explore the power of dreams.
Together, we will guide you through gentle movement, breath work, and meditation to help us collectively 'drop in' to the present moment to place our positive intentions for 2024.
This session will incorporate mindfulness principles that you can take with you into the new year.
You're encouraged to bring your journal so that you can capture your dreams, ideas, and images down on paper. You might even bring coloured pencils.. . whatever you want!
This in-person event is a unique opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and tap into the creative energy of the natural world.
After our daydream, we will grab a cuppa coffee and chat. You're welcome to hang around and simmer in the sensations.
What: mindfulness, meditation, breath, journaling
Where: Hyde Park. The exact location will be shared closer to the event taking weather into consideration.
What to bring: Bring a blanket to sit on or a chair. Water, journal.
Times: Meet at 10 am to begin the daydream. Practise for 45 minutes ~ and then grab a cuppa coffee together at Chu and maybe some delicious pastry.
