Self Evolution
Meditation is a powerful tool for self-evolution and this is a safe space for you to explore and grow. Personally, I have been meditating since childhood and find the process of introspection truly magical.
When I learned about the Law of Attraction, I was struck by the concept of Momentum and how it can propel us toward our desires. However, it's important to ensure that the momentum is positive and aligned with our intentions. I find purpose in intentionally directing my energy towards self-supportive habits every morning. Momentum Club tools have helped me to embody the concept of presence, and that maybe “the process is the point”, to savour and enjoy the journey of life.

During my time working with clients from 2019-2023, I noticed that many experienced transformative breakthroughs during intensive sessions, but struggled to maintain their progress afterward. This led to the creation of Momentum Club - a support system for both you and me. Our bite-sized weekly sessions focused on meditation, journaling, and self-development can make a significant difference in your life.
I understand that the journey toward self-exploration, self-expression, and self-love can be challenging at times, but I am committed to supporting and encouraging you every step of the way. Thank you for being a part of this community.

Why Monday Momentum Classes Matter
There are on average 52 Mondays in a year which means if you don’t like Mondays, you don’t like ~14% of your year.
And if you don’t like Monday, you probably don’t like Sunday evening. I don’t want you to live like that. I have a remedy and it begins with reframing the way you think about Monday.
Monday has big energy. It holds the potential to make or break healthy habits. Monday is big data. It gives you information about the way you’re living your life and the quality of your thinking. Monday can shift your paradigm. Monday is what you make it.
In my experience working with clients- anxiety, and depression kick in when we stop doing things that keep us healthy, inspired, and excited to live life. When we let go of healthy habits or are forced to take a break due to unforeseen ‘life’ circumstances (injury, sickness, loss, finances, etc.) we lose momentum and it can be hard to get the ball rolling again.
This weekly power session is designed to keep you working towards your dreams/goals by keeping your mind focused on things that matter and ideas that make you feel good. The concept, activities, and conversations will keep you exploring your passion, purpose, and potential.
This session was placed on Monday to help you cut through the “Rise and grind” and “Hustle” culture. You do not have to push, struggle and suffer to your goals. Simple, easy, thought-provoking activities and comfortable meditations bring you into a state of receptiveness and flow.
Monday Momentum is a ritual. Rituals help develop meaningful, long-lasting habits. Rituals are special - just like you and your unique self-expression. Unfold over here, in a safe, accepting place.
