Terms and Conditions for Paisley's Services
Age Requirement
All clients using Paisley’s services, including coaching and ITA Energy Medicine, must be 18 years old or over. Services for those under 18 are available only with parent or guardian consent.
Agreement to Terms
By booking a service with Paisley and using this site, you agree to the terms of service, privacy policy, and legal disclaimer.
Marketing Consent
You agree to receive occasional marketing materials from Paisley by providing your email address.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking with Paisley is not confirmed until payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.
Online Sessions
Online sessions are conducted via video conference using Zoom. You must ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your Zoom is functioning properly. Either party may terminate or discontinue the session at any time.
Session Duration
All sessions run for 60-90 minutes.
Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential, and no information will be shared. During a group session, you agree to share information with all those present.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
There are no refunds for:
Sessions that have been completed.
no show or late arrival sessions (after 15 minutes of Paisley waiting)
If you are unsatisfied with your sessions
Cancellations for private sessions online are subject to:
a refund of the total fee minus a $50 administration fee if cancellation is made with more than 48 hours’ notice.
50% of the total amount within 48 hours
no refund if cancellation is on the day of the booking.
